For more than
four generations, the Carbonneau family has lived and worked in Coaticook,
a lovely area of the Eastern Townships. Year after year, faithful
to their cherished local traditions, they have refined their exquisite
maple syrup, endowing it with a truly matchless flavour.
With time, a host of new products have been added to the traditional
maple syrup: maple spread, taffy, sugar… Now, there is enough
to satisfy the finest palate!
